Effort Underway to Remove Tyrannical Mayor of Nashville
A referendum to remove Nashville’s mayor John Cooper is currently collecting signatures. Cooper has shut down Nashville’s key industries, permanently destroying countless businesses including many Nashville landmark venues and costing thousands their jobs. His planned tax hike is promising to drive more taxpayers out of Davidson county. He also withheld the information that the low Covid numbers on Broadway did not justify his vendetta against Broadway bars – a key tourism magnet and revenue generator for Nashville.
Now, Nashvilians have an opportunity to replace him.
The Civil Rights Legend Who Opposed Critical Race Theory
Martin Luther King Jr., one of the most famous American civil rights heroes, explicitly rejected critical race theory, or CRT. He understood the racist and divisive ideology of it and opposed it, as King was actually interested in equality and unity. He truly believed that all men (meaning all human beings) are created equal, which is irreconcilable with the belief of critical race theory that there are good and bad races. To heal our nation and achieve true justice, we may want to study MLK.
President Trump Signs Savanna’s Act And Not Invisible Act to Address Issue of Missing and Murdered Native Americans
President Trump signed two bills into law that address deficiencies in Native American missing persons and murder statistics. On Saturday, he signed the Savanna’s Act and Not Invisible Act, while noting he’s the first American president to address the issue. Both bills were introduced by Senator Lisa Murkowski a Republican from Alaska.
“What we’ve gotta do is deal with the jurisdictional loopholes that criminals knowingly exploit,” said Murkowski. “We have to improve the coordination among law enforcement at all levels, we have to provide the resources and they have to be significant” she stated.
