Moscow is ready discuss how to ensure safe exports of Ukranian grain and other agricultural products to ease global food shortages. As Russian foreign minister Sergej Lavrov pointed out, such talks are largely symbolic, though, unless Ukranian ports are demined, which Kiev is thus far refusing to do.
