Mexican President: Imprudent to Congratulate Biden Before Election’s Legal Issues Resolved

Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, the president of Mexico, said that given the ongoing legal challenges regarding the U.S. presidential election, it would be improper to congratulate either of the candidates before the results are official. Given overwhelming evidence of voter fraud, the results in several states are still subject to legal disputes. No candidate has been certified as a winner by a majority of states yet and only the electoral college can vote for a president elect, which hasn’t happened yet either.

French President Emmanuel Macron Defends Free Speech

After a French teacher was beheaded by an islamic terrorist for having shown caricatures of the prophet Mohammed in a class on free speech, president Macron resisted calls from muslims to ban free speech in France and stated that France will not give up caricatures. He also emphasized that the French Republic is built upon the ideals of freedom, including freedom of speech, press and religion.
