A misplaced decimal, which went unnoticed and unchallenged for months, let to a devastating shutdown frenzy accross the globe. The problem was that a few “experts”, including the infamous Dr. Fauci, mixed up infection fatality rates (IFR) and case fatality rates (CFR), and drew the conclusion that the novel Wuhan-Coronavirus would be ten times as lethal as it actually was.
